The filing of a claim does not exclude the use of other means of dispute resolution, nor is it a prerequisite for filing a claim with INDECOPI.

The Service Provider shall respond to the claim within a period not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days, which may be extended up to fifteen (15) days.

By completing and submitting this form, the customer authorizes us to contact him/her after the complaint has been processed in order to evaluate the quality and satisfaction of the complaint handling process.
